The short version: every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime by emailing us. Past charges aren't refunded, but you keep access through the billing period you've paid for. Questions: [email protected].

14-day free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period, you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe at the end of your trial.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Zeno subscription at any time, for any reason, by contacting [email protected]. Once you cancel, you retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable. Once a billing period has begun, charges for that period cannot be reversed, but you will continue to have access to the Services for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.

Pricing changes

We may adjust pricing from time to time to account for the cost of operating the platform. Any pricing changes will be posted at least 14 days before they take effect for your billing cycle.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or improperly cancel a payment, your Account may be suspended pending review. We strongly encourage you to reach out to [email protected] first, we'd much rather resolve any issue directly.
